Bleur is the het ship between Bill Weasley and Fleur Delacour from the Harry Potter fandom.

Canon

Bill met Fleur Delacour in June 1995. This was when he accompanied his mother to Hogwarts to support Harry Potter during the Third Task of the Triwizard Tournament, in which Fleur also competed. Fleur was attracted to him immediately, eyeing him from a distance. Shortly after, Bill moved back to England to work for the Order of the Phoenix, taking a desk job at Gringotts. Fleur took a part-time job at the bank to improve her English. The two started dating shortly after. After a year together, Bill proposed, and Fleur accepted. Mrs. Weasley felt it was too soon for him to get married and worried that he was only doing it in response to the return of Lord Voldemort.

In addition, Fleur's blunt attitude and tendency to speak her mind irritated both Molly and Ginny. Mrs. Weasley became convinced that their feelings for each other were based on physical attraction, and the adventurous side of each other - him as a Curse Breaker, and her as a Triwizard Champion. Following Bill's scarring during the Battle of the Astronomy Tower, Fleur proved her feelings for Bill by declaring that she loved him no matter what he looked like, and her insistence that she would take care of his injuries convinced Mrs. Weasley that her son had made the right choice; the two women finally put aside their differences. Bill and Fleur got married on 1 August 1997 and set up a home of their own, Shell Cottage. In 1998, they both fought in the Battle of Hogwarts and survived.

After the Second Wizarding War, the couple had three children: the first daughter, Victoire, the second daughter, Dominique, and the third and only son, Louis. In 2014, Bill spent his birthday with his wife, children, and the rest of his family.

Bill and Fleur have three children, two daughters and a son, with one appearing in the epilogue and all three being mentioned on Pottermore and in J.K. Rowling: A Year in the Life.

Victoire Weasley

Victoire Weasley (born May 2, 2000 to 2002) is a part-veela witch and the eldest daughter and child of Bill Weasley and Fleur Delacour. She has two younger siblings: a sister, named Dominique, and a brother, named Louis. Victoire, which is French for victory, was named as she was born on the anniversary of the Battle of Hogwarts.

Victoire started attending Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry between 2011 and 2013. She also attended the Quidditch World Cup with her family in 2014. She is also dating Remus and Nymphadora's son, Edward Lupin, and is caught snogging him by her cousin James in 2017.

Dominique Weasley

Dominique Weasley (born on or after February 2, 2001) is a part-veela witch and the youngest daughter and middle child of Bill Weasley and Fleur Delacour. She is Victoire's younger sister and Louis's older sister.

Dominique, at the earliest, started attending Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in 2012. She started dating secretly with her own cousin, James Sirius Potter II; however, the secret was discovered when Dominique's father caught them kissing in the kitchen.

Louis Weasley

Louis Weasley (born on or after November 2, 2001) is a part-veela wizard and the only son and youngest child of Bill Weasley and Fleur Delacour. He had two older sisters, Victoire and Dominique. He is currently the only known male with Veela blood.

Louis, at the earliest, started attending Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in 2013.
