In this dark and twisted timeline, Voldemort defeats Harry Potter, who dies at the hands of a killing curse.

After that, Voldemort takes over the whole wizarding world, and those who weren't loyal to him get punished or killed in the end. He may raise her daughter, Delphini, with Bellatrix's husband after her death.

He lives still at Malfoy Manor, which is now known as "the Dark Palace" - the central headquarters of Voldemort's regime.

On Voldemort's day, he visits Hogwarts only for the rituals...

His mother, Merope, died while giving birth to him, and little Tom grew up in orphanage. When he went to Hogwarts and discovered his heritage. He discovered his father is a Muggle and went to his maternal family's house, but was disgusted after seeing their house and then left there to look Riddle house. After murdering his Muggle father and grandparents. He went back to the Gaunt family and put fake memories in his uncle's head that he had murdered them all.

Delphi is his and Bellatrix's secret illegitimate daughter, who was born in Malfoy Mansion.

Their relationship was not a loving daughter-father thing, more like a master-servant relationship because Voldemort cannot love and wasn't capable of loving anyone. 

Voldemort treats Delphi like a loyal servant and his right-hand woman.

In this timeline, Voldemort rules the whole wizarding world, and Delphi, as the Ministry, tells him what's going on.

Dolores is Voldemort's most useful instrument. After Umbridge took over Hogwarts and became Headmistress. She organized the Blood Ball and called him there.

Sometimes Voldemort did Voldemort's day in Hogwarts because it was a special day when his archenemy, Harry Potter, died. Voldemort always put May 2 to celebrate his death in the Great Hall.
